Who runs Dormen?

Dormen is co-ordinated from our office in Upton (Poole), where some of our complimentary skills workshops are run.

The programme is managed on a day to day basis by three part-time Programme Managers who report to a Management Board responsible for the finance and overall strategic direction and operation of the Dormen service. TheBo Board consists of representatives of Dormen’s sponsors, Dorset’s Local Authorities and volunteer mentors.

A Partners’ Group also exists, consisting of stakeholders and other partner organisations with an interest in the success of Dormen, including:
