Who runs Dormen?
Dormen is managed on a day to day basis by the Programme Manager who reports to a Management Group which is responsible for the finance and overall strategic direction and operation of the Dormen service. The Group consists of representatives of East Dorset District Council, West Dorset District Council, Purbeck District Council, the Borough of Poole, Business Link and the volunteer mentors.
A Steering Group also exists, consisting of stakeholders and other partner organisations with an interest in the success of Dormen, including:
