Request a Mentor

Most of our clients are referred to us from organisations such as Business Link (0845 600 9006 www.businesslink.gov.uk). If you have not already contacted them, we suggest you do this in the first instance since they may be able to help you and your business in many ways, as well as recommending a mentor.

If you are planning or just starting a new business (with less than 6 months trading), it is probably premature to ask for a mentor's support, and your needs may be best served by attending some business training. Two day courses are available in Dorset from WSX Enterprise (01202 607541).

However, if you would like to apply directly for the support of a Dormen mentor (and have thoroughly read the Is it for You? page above), please complete the following form and press the send button. The more information you can provide at this stage, the faster we should be able to help you.

Please note that since the beginning of September 2011, clients have been asked to pay a one-off, non-refundable, admin charge of £100 for being linked to a mentor for up to 12 months. This is a contribution to the cost of running the Dormen service.
